Going from a small B all the way to a large C or D is hard to miss and often does not look natural. If the thread was "I love boob jobs(the bigger the better)" then you would probably have mostly positif post with photos of their favorite girl getting large implants. I don't particularly enjoy implants mostly because girls too often get sizes that completely alter their looks. The other is that I've seen too many girls with bad ones with large scars and that's even worse. [Link]
