Seeing Jessa Rhodes recent image change (and I love it) got me thinking about who else got their boobs done after they had already become a big star. I can think of: Shawna Lenee - Definitely a great boob-job, loved her look Madison Ivy - looked great, but to be honest, liked her more before the work Aletta Ocean - First she looked great, then went too far Alektra Blue - Certainly for the better I guess in today's porn world, a girl needs to keep her image fresh and getting tits done is one way to do it. I know something as easy as a new hairstyle can make me want to see more of a star again.

Speaking of, Rebeca did it because no one was hiring her anymore. She'd been around for years and shot nearly everything for everyone and was having a hard time finding shoots. I heard that from someone who actually knew her.

Sophie Dee. I was a fan of hers before the implants but the boobjob took her to an all new level of hotness. I don't mind boobjobs. For me more often than not I like the results. No, most girls don't need implants but that doesn't mean that a boobjob is a mistake or doesn't enhance their looks/career. I've mentioned this before in another thread but there are many reasons a girl might get a boobjob mid-career. Some girls with smaller breasts might be stuck in the "legal teen" porn genre of porn and won't get certain types of work regularly until they get a boobjob that gives them a more "mature" body look. Some people complain that a girl's breasts were "perfect" before her boobjob but what most don't realize is that those "perfect" may become less perfect from weight loss, pregnancy, or just getting older. The girl might get a boobjob to fill them out or make them look better. Also, a girl might gain weight and feels she needs a augmentation to balance her new curves out. A girl might enter the porn biz with the intent of getting a boobjob from the start after she's made enough money. She shoots a lot of content early on that comes out slowly and some fans come to like her the way she looked but she gets the money and goes ahead with the procedure. Lastly, some girls get one in order to give their career a boost. There are lots of girls in porn that fly under the radar they increase their breast size and suddenly the get more attention and star in movies they wouldn't have been able to before and get introduced to a whole new segment of fans.

For the most part, and yes there are exceptions to every rule, but for the most part, bigger tits = more revenue. A professor at UNLV did a study amongst strippers and cocktail waitresses and determined that a boob job will result in an increase in tips, so much so that the increase will pay for the boob job inside of 6 months. Given that porn is little more than a commercial for feature dancing and escorting, there is no reason to think this wouldn't be true here also.
^ I don't think that's much of a surprise to anyone other than the anti-boobjob crowd. Big breasts are eye-catching and grab attention. They make a girl stand out and makes them 'special" to a certain extent. Lots of people are still fascinated with big boobs regardless of being real or fake. In fact, the fake ones have more of an affect because big breasts on a slim girl is more of an attention grabber. Lots of girls with big breasts also tend to be heavier and carrying more weight and that is much more common and isn't seen as sexy. Also, just because a girl has big natural breasts doesn't mean those natural breasts are always the best looking. Many girls with big natural breasts have lots of sag and even though their breasts are big doesn't mean they are always "full". Big saggy breasts aren't much of a turn on to lots of guys but big full breasts like a girl gets from implants are. I'm not saying all boobjobs are great looking but the majority of them gets the girls the expected results and most (not all) viewers don't mind them unless they look particularly bad.

^ I once made the mistake of saying that I though they were too big in a forum I knew she was reading. I then met her in person and found out I was completely wrong.
^ Sophie's size works because she put on a bit of weight around the time of her boobjob and the bigger boobs is balanced out with the rest of her body. Also interesting is that with so many porn girls their implants look huge on the screen but not as big when you see them in real life. Yeah, they're big but they don't seem as big in person as they do on screen.
So you're one of those that hates the idea/thought of implants moreso than how they actually end up looking? Although, some of the anti-boobjob people seem to think all boobjobs look terrible...what's your take?
I think that if Sunny Leone's boob job were more typical, people wouldn't complain about them as much. But Sunny's boob job isn't even one in a hundred.
^^^ That was the second biggest thing I learned after going to my first convention (the first was that they're all much shorter than I thought). I'm seeing women like Lisa Ann and Sara Jay and Sophie, women whose tits look huge on screen, and they look so much more proportional in real life than they do on screen. ^^^ Sadly, most are out of proportion to body type, no attention paid to natural looking symmetry. Tera Patrick's were exceptionally well done and if you didn't know they were augmented, you couldn't tell. I don't think she needed them done, but I would rate hers the best that I've seen. Tasha Reign's are well done, and if you didn't know they were enhanced you probably could not tell. That is about it imo. When they are in motion, the 2 above look real. Others are either rock hard and don't move at all or they do move but in doing so wrinkle like a dragsters rear tires at the starting line. It's a complete deal breaker for me. I still rate Jayden Jaymes as probably the best ones I've ever seen. And the banner on the site right now reminds me of another one: Bonnie Rotten didn't have implants when she started. And remembering that reminded me of another one: Neither did Nicole Aniston. Jayden's aren't horrible but you can see the implants slide under her skin and there's some wrinkling. And you are correct, Bonnie didn't have them when she started. Hers being a bit worse for not being proportional and for the way it altered the tattoos on her breasts. Edit: Two that I forgot: Tory Lane's seem a bit firm but they are proportional and well done. Kirsten Price (one of the hottest pornstars ever, imo) had an amazing boob job some time after starting her career. Boob jobs mid-career are the perfect recipe for a big turn off for me. Then, after a while, it depends. Usually, I prefer them natural, but there are some exceptions. When Jenna Presley got her boob job, I hated it. Then, after a while, well... it turned out that it worked. Her body grew accordingly. Alison Tyler, for example, it works perfectly well with her body type. But most of the time, I don't like it. Too many stars with awesome perfect boobs get balloons.
Dani Jensen just got implants and they are not very attractive in my opinion. She looks like she had a kid and maybe she thought the implants would fit her new frame but I'm not a fan.
Yeah, I really have to agree with you here. Some mid-career boob jobs have been a turn-off for me as well. With Amia Miley and Aletta Ocean my interest just plunged. With others like Nicole Aniston or Madison Ivy I just "sort of got used to it" even if with a star like Madison there's plenty of pre-boob job scenes. I will third or fourth whatever it is about models putting on a little weight and "growing into" what had previously been a bad/semi-bad boob job.
I thought this was relevant. Personally, I don't think Dana needs implants, but I don't know as I could talk her out of them. Perhaps someone here could give it a shot. ^ OK, Dana is among the last performers I would ever guess that would visit the factory. She totally doesn't need them. This is ridiculous. Of course that is, as is every other opinion here, based on my personal preference, but it seems to me that you are radically altering your body to stay relevant in a field you cannot keep up with. Time is the only undefeated element in history. Dana has always, I thought, been about being true to herself. I hope this is along that path but it seems out of character for her. Interesting move going to a fund page. I urge you to re-think Dana, this does not need augmentation, and if you are doing it for anything other than image issues, IMO it's a bad move. Overall, the history of younger starlets getting boob jobs mid-career has not gone well. I have written about this elsewhere in the forums, a porn starlet's body is her brand. It's usually not a good idea to mess with a successful brand. If a young star wants a boob job, she should get them before she starts her porn career. Down the line, when she is older, maybe has had a kid or two, gravity is taking a toll and her porn career seems a bit stalled out (like Dana DeArmond's seems to be right now), then maybe go and get a boob job as long as they are reasonable, not like basketball. But at the height of a porn star's career, no, that just is not smart business. There's always those who argue "But it's her body!" Sure it's her body, but it's my money. I can spend that money as I like. If she does something to her body I don't like, I am under no obligation to buy her videos or go spend money on her when she is feature dancing. Probably for every one starlet who has gotten a boob job and had it work out, there are 7-10 that haven't. Zoe Voss is a great example. She was a thin girl, a true 6 o'clock girl, straight up and down, gorgeous by nature. She got some bad implants and her porn career died immediately.
^ Zoe Voss had already basically quit porn by the time she got her implants. Or more to the point, she wasn't really shooting very much, if at all, when she got them, switched her agency profile to g/g only immediately after getting them, and retired fairly shortly afterwards. To the point where I'm fairly sure (but I can be proven wrong here) that she never actually shot a scene with them. The truth is that most of the women who have "flamed out" after getting implants were already in the process of leaving/"flaming out" anyway. I don't deny that their body is part of their brand, and that messing with their brand can be a dangerous thing, but there are fans that can be picked up after getting implants to negate the fans that you're going to lose.

^&^^ Point of reference with Zoe and she explained it on her thread after numerous negative comments. Supposedly one of them was defective/ruptured or something along those lines which had given hers a bad shape and appearance.
^ That too, but I was more trying to argue against the fact that her implants ruined her career, because I think she had decided that she was going to back away from the industry before she got her implants.
I think it's good move on Dana's part if she gets them done if her career isn't where she wants it to be. Porn is one of those careers where you have to mix things up from time to time to keep things fresh and to keep building your fanbase. There will always be fans who don't want girls to change but honestly most of those fans want the girl to stay the same while not supporting the girls work. They sound like fans a girl should consider but really most of them are basically saying "Please don't change...I want you to remember you just as you were while I ignore you...". There's always that threat that they aren't going to support the girl's work anymore but really in most cases they weren't supporting the girl anyway. Not supporting a girl because you've moved on to the next or not supporting because of implants equals the same results. It makes much more sense to cultivate new fans by changing going into new genres. The MILF market is huge and it's mostly based on body type moreso than age or whether a woman has kids. Big boobs never have and never will go out of style. Getting implants opens a girl up to a whole new untapped audience. Afraid of losing fans by getting a boobjob? No worries, there's a ton of new fans who'll greet you with open arms. For a lot of those fans the girl won't be the girl who got implants mid-career...she'll be the new girl they haven't seen before because that girl wasn't working in the genres they watch. I like big boobs. I run across girls I think are new all the time but then I'll check out their career history only to find they've been around awhile but I never gave them a second look before the boobjob. Even if I really enjoy their work I usually don't go seeking out their pre-implant scenes because I like the post-implant version better. I have a looong list of girls I feel that way about. Are there bad boobjobs in porn? Yep. some girls don't have the body type for the boobs they get. Sometimes they look overly obviously fake and unreal. But more often than not they range from "okay" to "great". And while the anti-boobjob brigade is loud most fans down seem to be that hung up about them. Most fans are sensible and are only against the ones that turn out badly. Some fans will be against the idea of a boobjob until they see the results. The bottom line for any girl considering implants is to ignore the fans and ask girls in the biz who've had them done and get their take on how it impacted them. If it's as bad an idea as some fans try to make it out to be the number of girls getting them wouldn't be so high.
Going back a few years I think that the two stars who benefited the most from enhancements were Katie Morgan and Tori Welles. The improvements, at least for me, were significant enough to completly change how I viewed them in their scenes. I have also stopped watching some girls because of the enhancements that left them looking almost "clownish" in their appearance on screen.
While many guys hate that I got boobs, I couldn't be happier with that decision I made. I get to fit into sexy lingerie that I never could wear before boobs! Women's clothing wasn't made for the size I was pre-boobjob! Since my saline implants are at the end of their lifespan and since I have capsular contracture, I will be getting a new boobjob soon and I can't wait! I have been saving up for gel cohesive and they will look pretty natural if all goes well! Thank you for the love!!

Their is a beauty that is in one's heart, that many may never see. A person could have serious medical reasons for getting surgery performed on them. Or, it could be for trivial reasons. I read an article where they talked about young women getting their labia trimmed by surgery. That's like getting the claws removed from a cat, so he or she won't scratch the furniture. An unnecessary mutilation. Body issues. *sigh* Peer pressure to look alike when we are all different. One breast is just a bit bigger than the other. One woman's labia is longer than another's. The size of your breasts or the shape of your cookie doesn't really matter to me. It's all good. Two years ago, my father died as a result of an infection from an elective surgery on his hip. His doctor told me, "surgery should be the final option". On the 18th of this month, my wife is going to get her left knee replaced with an artificial one.
