I feel the exact same way, and fail to see why woman get boob jobs unless they are totally flat. anyone have an example of stars that looked better AFTER boob job ? I know its totally subjective, but jsut curious. [Link]

Most people who have their mind made up boob jobs are bad will say they're bad regardless of how the breasts actually look because they just don't like the idea of fake breasts no matter how good they look. I've seen plenty of people complain about a pornstar getting/having a boob job despite the fact that it makes them look better and it's a well done boob job. When I look at before/after pictures, I choose the "before" about 95% of the time, but Alison Tyler is a clear exception -- her natural breasts were ample but a bit saggy ("under-inflated"), paired with a body that was a little thick, so the combination of weight loss plus boob job worked extremely well for her -- the implants didn't stretch her breasts unnaturally, they just filled them in and gave them a better shape that still looked natural. With the new cohesive gel teardrop implants I have seen some very good looking breasts, but only if the girl started out with a chest that is favorable for implants (so her cleavage will look correct) and has a skillful surgeon. But if they have a bad or unnatural shape, or if they are too small for the body, then they need them. Or if they look way different than they did at the beginning of the girl's career (like Ava Adams due to her pregnancy), then they need it. Ava Adams is probably the best example of a good boob job decision. Her breasts were big and natural at the beginning of her career, then they shrank after her pregnancy. There are may reasons women in general and pornstars in particular get boobjobs. Many porn fans don't care about why the girl chose to get them or if the girl is happy with them because they just care about they (fans) want. Which kinda makes unfortunate sense because so many fans just see the girls as sexbots that they think should only exist for their fapping pleasure. Ask any girl who strips which girls typically make more money the small or big boob girls. In porn, much of the time if a girl is petite and has small breasts she will usually cast to play young girls and that's fine for awhile but stops her from getting cast in many other porn genres and some of those other genres are a lot higher profile and have much more oppurtunities for work. Many girls have had boob jobs for that reason. Another thing some don't take into account is people's bodies change over time. I see a lot of fans hear about a girl getting implants and proclaim "They were perfect! Why ruin them?!" Well, perhaps they were "perfect" at one point but women have babies and sometimes it causes her breasts to lose volume and sag. Many times with weight loss the same can happen. Often times with weight gain the rest of the body get rounder and the breasts don't and then their body isn't as symmetrical as it was before. Implants can usually fix these problems. I tend think this group of women who get implants for these reasons have the best results with the better looking boobjobs. Many women who enter the porn world wanted a boobjob before they got in and porn allows them a chance to make the money to get it done. Most fashion is designed around a girl having breasts. Most women's clothes just look better with breasts to fill them out. Some girls feel less womanly with smaller breasts. Some girls breasts aren't symmetrical and implants can even them out. Some girls simply don't like the way their breasts look and want to make themselves happier. In fact despite what some people insist on constantly trying to tell you (and the girls) most girls get boobjobs because it's what they want and what will make them happier. They aren't doing it because "everyone else is" or to make some dude happy, or because they don't like themselves, or have some sort of mental problems. The cons: Some women's bodies simply don't handle having implants in them well. Sometimes it's minor sometimes it's major. When things go wrong people pay more attention and make a bigger deal of it but the majority of surgeries don't have any major complications. Sometimes they turn out badly. When boobjobs end up looking bad the first thing many will say is the girl went to a cheap doctor or the doc didn't know what they were doing and many times that's the main reason but sometimes it's the girl's fault. Sometimes they go against what the doc recommends. Sometimes they don't follow the doctor's after surgery instructions/advice. Every woman is different and just because one girl had great results doing things a certain way doesn't mean it will get good results for someone else. Sometimes the woman needs X amount of money to get the results she wants but asks the doc to do the best they can with a lesser amount. Scarring. Some people scar more than others. African Americans in particularly have a harder time with leaving visible scars. Sometimes it's unavoidable. Perhaps the biggest con would be the women who are happy with their decision to get implants and are happy with the results have to listen to fans who say they don't look good or they've ruined their body or they have mental issues or how they are no longer a fan. As crazy as it might sound to some, most girls are happy with their implants don't need or want strangers behind a keyboard telling them what a mistake they've made. Some fans have this delusion of if they complain often and loud enough about their dislike of implants that they will be able to make a woman not want to get them. Of course this doesn't seem to work in the slightest but some fans think it's their obligation to keep doing it. No sane person is going to base such a decision on what a few strangers they don't know and never met (and aren't fans in the first place) say online. If a person doesn't like implants that's perfectly fine but there's no need to insult girls because they made a choice and got them. No need to blindly condem/judge all girls who get or want implants because you don't like the outcome of others. Just because you've decided that a girl has "ruined" their body doesn't make it so.
