Because such implants made their boobs look clearly un-natural, almost like those of a plastic mannequin. But latest advances in plastic surgery now make it possible to double the woman's breast size by transplanting her own fat from some part of her body to her breasts. And doctors don't even need to do surgery for this. They use liposuction and then inject this fat into the woman's breasts. This kind of a boob-job will make the woman's breasts look and feel more or less natural. Because big boobs are normally made mostly of fat. I don't know if porn stars are already getting this kind of boob-jobs. But I'm certainly looking forward to seeing more porn stars with natural-looking big boobs and hopefully no more silicone implants. The standard "shove two massive space hoppers in the chest" approach is the dominant means of so-called "enhancement". Besides, you have skinny girls getting huge tit implants anyway. Human skin stretches and adjusts naturally to repeated pulling and stretching like this. And even women with small boobs can have pretty good results eventually. This procedure might take a little longer for them. But it will still work. I think a lot of porn fans like big boobs, but they dislike silicone implants. And this new procedure is just what the doctor ordered for such porn fans and for the porn industry in general. This procedure might even be cheaper and less risky than silicone implants. According to that article, the procedure takes only 2 hours. And doctors don't even need to cut anything. It won't matter anyway because after spending so many years of seeing virtually every girl I liked get a boobjob, I just pretty much expect it to happen sooner or later. And it's gotten to the point that if I'm the slightest bit suspicious about it, I write it off as a boobjob and can't watch that girl anymore. So even if it looks mostly natural, if there's anything at all suspicious about them, it might as well be a boobjob because I'll never be able to just relax and enjoy the scene if I think they're fake. Whether I personally like her new tits or not, is neither here nor there. As you asked though, I would say that they obviously look fake, do not seem proportionate to the rest of her physique (unlike say, the results of Sophie Dee's boobjob), and IMO do not enhance her look from her former self.
