The angles aren't as clear or inventive as they should be, the positions are ordinary, and the (male) talent is lack luster. Almost every box cover I see has Steve holmes on it. Brandon is doing good work as usual, but he's not appearing in as much of his own stuff as he used to. Jules is appearing too much of his own stuff. As for the women, I'm happy that they're importing German talent, but where are the Koreans, the south Asians, the Africans even. I know the logistics of what I'm asking isn't easy, but above average profits and recognition go to those that take chanes. Then again that's the problem isn't it, porn is such that even those who don't take chances can be profitable (Rodney Moore, Ed Powers, etc.). I don't want shock value necessarily, we don't need another Extreme Associates. What we do need are folks willing to go out there and deliver a middle America Pro/Am blowjob tour, I want to see Mr. Marcus rampaging through South Korea. I'd love some South African porn although the AIDS testing alone would blow anyone's budget out of the water. Just because Steve Holmes keeps popping up in stuff is no reason for me to dislike the tapes he is in. It's the female performers and perhaps the female audience who should care about them. There is a massive amateur market out there. It's called the internet and 90% of it is full of porn. In that 90% there is bound to be amateur girls in vids and dvds for sale like you are looking for. I understand wanting people like Mike Quasar (only using him since he posted here all ready) or whoever to go and find these girls. Well, that sort of all ready happens. Peter Romero of www.povporn.com is a talent agent/scout who does exactly that. However, Romero and people like him only do so much. Porn is fine to me right now. Any of us who have watched porn long enough can probably relate to how you feel. When you watch enough porn eventually it all looks the same and you can become jaded. I would recommend seeking out some of those "real women" you were talking about in amateur vids that are readidly available all over the net. Those can seem much more exciting after watching one too many formulatic Red Light District tapes.
