I can't speak for everyone, but my "cover girls" all always listed first in the credits on the boxcover. In other words, Sasha Grey and Bree olson are the cover girls on Boundaries. There names should appear first in the credits on the cover. Now if I would have put Peggy Pue on the cover, her name would be listed first, followed by sasha and bree. [Link] |

Between the two, you should be able to figure it out more often than not. If you need help with a specific title, ask here on ADT.
