I had VOD agreements for the Platinum X movies but those were terminated by the company last November/December. I am hoping to sign new agreements with VOD companies such as AEBN, adultdvdempire.com, hotmovies, etc.

If it was like iTunes, and I could buy the scene in AVI or WMV or whatever and keep it / play it forever, I'd wear that shit out. If you're worried about "sharing" / DRM, I'd say fuck it. Most guys are weird about you giving them or asking you for porn. By the way, you should start releasing porn on protein-coated discs. The sites just aren't there yet and I prefer to keep it simple. For less than $30, you get a network that is updated daily. There are over 40 sites. You can download the scenes to your computer. I'll try to get more VOD agreements going so people can check things out elsewhere if membership isn't the best thing for them.
