There's new blood, but if you are looking for a Mayara or Alessandra, you're not going to find her. As far as I can tell, the only other production house left is Brasileirinhas, but they're circling the drain too with few releases and what releases there are don't have any perfect 10s like were so common before. It's all economics. Gulf War II and the housing crash it caused did a number on the dollar. It when from 4:1 down to 1.5:1 and so Americans stopped coming to Brazil. Prostitutes in Brazil are economics experts and so they went to where the stronger currencies are: the EU. It reflects in the quality of movies and even the girls, the use of condoms probably is to save money because the rates for unsafe sex scenes are higher than of safe sex scenes. I'm sure you've heard of Termas Centaurus, but our favorite was Termas Quatro por Quatro in Centro. The girls there were so eager to please. It was also a big party. The girls didn't pressure you and you could just hang and relax while you checked everything out. Many of the girls at 4x4 didn't appeal to me personally, but a good 20% were perfect for me. Some of them were running off to Europe even back then. We literally met a fair-skinned blonde with long shiny hair that looked like Playboy Playmate Julie McCullough. I remember after she was dancing on the pole in the small back room we found her getting her beautiful hair combed and treated by the hair stylist. Not your typical Brasileira, but very beautiful. You could see the quality at 4x4 started to go down in the latter 2000s. I've heard the girls there now are very different. Big steroid butts, tattoos and not as pretty.
