New updates featuring Helly Mae Hellfire (January 25), Alanah Rae (January 30) and Veronica Rodriguez (January 31) are only being released with STANDARD definition download options- there are NO HD download options/links available. The subsequent comments section beneath each scene is chock full of complaints and the "instant" chat with technical support is conveniently unavailable or offline. Technical Support is nonexistent. No one's listening there so I decided to post a topic here. [Link] |

Multiple members have complained, some since the scenes have first been released, and subsequently complained about the lack of technical support. I dropped my membership today. [Link] |
