The discussion -- and trailer -- about Teal Conrad's new B/G scene with Johnny Sins on Brazzers, has me considering joining.
(I don't think I can live without this scene.)
Are they a good service, and can they be trusted?
In other words, can I trust them enough to purchase the one-year membership (which is paid in full upfront), as it is much cheaper than all the other options?
Here is a chat I had with their customer service.
Does this ring true to those of you familiar with Brazzers?

When one downloads videos and pictures, as a member, from Brazzers, are these downloads ours to keep (for our own personal use, of course)?
OR, at some future time when one is no longer a member, will the downloaded videos and pictures become no longer accessible?
Are Brazzers downloads DRM free, or not?

I don't think Fabian Thylmann is stupid enough to steal subscriber's money. However, Brazzers is owned by Manwin which makes most of its money by tube sites which steal other producers content and sell access to those sites similar to their legitimate sites. Therefore some have a moral objection to subscribing to any of the Brazzers pay sites as well (me included). Fabian also owns Digital Playground and Reality Kings as well as part of the old Playboy empire (not the magazine, Hugh Hefner still owns that), I don't know if they are under the Brazzers umbrella but he does own them.

OK, but do they actually deliver the DRM free content, as the support guy states in my chat I had with them?
(My cock is throbbing in anticipation of possessing the Teal Conrad/Johnny Sins scene.)

You shouldn't have any problems with the concerns you brought up. I know plenty of people that have been satisfied Brazzers members. Watch out for any pre-checked cross sales when you sign up to any porn site.
I would like to bring up disposable credit cards again. Any time you make a purchase online (even non-porn) from a site you don't fully trust, you should consider disposable credit cards as an option.
I understand that you can buy such cards in some stores, but your current credit card company may already offer it as an online service. Bank of America calls theirs ShopSafe and it's free.
You set the spending limit on the temp card it will create for you and you also set the expiration date. Once you've used it online, it can only be used again by the same vendor and only if there's still any value left on the temp card. It puts you in control.
Ask your banking or credit card company if they offer such a solution. I've had people tell me theirs didn't only to find out it did once they called and asked. If they don't, demand it. It's a great service that protects both parties.

I have been a full time member of Brazzer for over a year. I picked a monthly recuring membership at first and then when I wanted to cancel then i was offered a 10$ a month rate so I've kept it active. I would normally advise anyone to avoid yearly memberships because you never know if the site you arer joining is still going to be there in a year or if you will enjoy the content but I feel safe in saying that I don't see that as a problem with Brazzer.
All their content is DRM free and they offer multiple download options. Be advised that 720p and 1080p resolutions are only available with content done in 2010 and afterwards.

^ I think you will find that most content filmed before 2010 or so will not be in 720 or 1080. That technology has only come to fruition recently and most companies don't see a good reason to convert old scenes. For viewing on a computer screen 480 should look just fine anyway so 720 and 1080 are more an annoyance as most internet connections cannot stream such a large file (I find 480 usually streams just fine on a six meg connection).

Or you could just do like a lot of other people do and get it for free. As someone else here already mentioned, Manwin makes most its money off piracy. So they shouldn't have any problems with people getting their content for free.
I would not trust Brazzers, especially not with an annual membership that you have to pay for up front and that is non-refundable. Their content is DRM-free. So once you've downloaded it, it's yours permanently. But if you're looking for a site that values customer satisfaction, that is not at all their priority.

Yes, but I do.
Goldstein pays for his porn.
Also, people visiting the seedy side of the Internet to steal content, deserve all the viruses, malware and rogue anti-virus scams they get

well if you feel strongly about paying for porn why would you want to give money to the company that steals porn from every other company out there? I pay for my porn too and that's why I don't support brazzers/manwin companies. They're trying to put other companies who produce great porn out of business by running the tube sites.

What I "want" is the Teal Conrad scene.
Brazzers may just be the devil to be negotiated to get it.
If you're going to start boycotting "brazzers/manwin companies," there may not be a whole lot left to choose from.
I'm not belittling your concerns.
In fact, I share a healthy concern for where the "brazzers/manwin companies" business model is taking us.
The path forward may not be as clear-cut as you imagine.
Certainly, if the industry was doing well overall, the "brazzers/manwin companies" takeover would not be gathering steam.
It's more than just tube-sites and piracy.
In the meantime, my line-in-the-sand is that I don't steal content (regardless of who's producing it).

there's plenty to choose from. elegant, evil angel, kink...I will take these companies any day over brazzers or digital playground or other manwin companies like them. It's not just about boycotting them because they steal content, it's also because I don't like the manwin style of porn and I don't wanna support their little take-over of porn companies. How boring would porn be if it was all like babes.com
I don't feel like I'm missing anything by not supporting manwin companies.

Wow, I've been known to snoop around a little or make some inquiries before joining a site (so many pull scams -- e.g., unwitting cross-membership to other sites, limited access for trial members, limited per day downloads for full members, NO downloads permitted at all), so I understand your hesitation. But you've really taken being cautious to a whole new level.
I mean that as a compliment, so please take it as such. But if you don't mind my offering a suggestion, I think it would be unwise to join any site for a full year simply because you're eager to see one scene. Just because the annual membership is cheaper than month-to-month, doesn't guarantee you'll like the scene or the rest of the site.
IMHO, if you're not going to go find the scene for free elsewhere, as at least one person already suggested (and I'm not saying you should, but as someone else also suggested, Brazzers, aka Manwin, doesn't seem to have much of a problem with it), it would be better to join for one month to see how you like the site and then commit to an entire year once you're convinced it's for you. Until you're relatively certain you like the site, jumping in for a full year could be like tripping over a dollar to pick up a dime. You could also consider a trial membership, which I think they still offer.
But to respond to your original question: I've joined Brazzers several times over the years, and I can tell you that, in this case, an annual membership probably is worthwhile. I've never been one to remain a member of paysites indefinitely...just a little too cheap, I suppose. But they have literally thousands of scenes spanning - I don't know - almost a decade? The older content isn't high digital quality, but it's more than adequate for normal viewing and most of the content is quite good. They've filmed a lot of good stuff over the years.
That said, I can't say I'm in love with their scripting/plot philosophy. Sounds stupid, I know -- watching porn for the plot? What I mean is that anymore their scenes start out with 5, 10, 15, even 20 minutes worth of non-hardcore crap. Like everyone else in the world, I skip to the hardcore content right away. But it would be nice if Brazzers started getting to the good stuff faster.
Can they be trusted? I suppose that depends on your answer to this question: Trust them to...what? What is it you think they might do that would make your annual membership seem like money ill-spent? You can download all their scenes for your personal use, and the last couple years' worth is pretty high digital quality. I don't think they're going to take that away any time soon. And despite my reservations about the extra fluff in their scenes, the fucking is usually pretty damn good. A lot of hot girls work for them, and a lot of those girls actually prefer them, from what I've read.
The only other thing I could say is that, in the last few years I've grown increasingly disenchanted with their corporate/industry behavior. I'm not an industry insider, so I don't know the full story. But quite a bit has been written about Manwin and how they're basically promoting piracy, committing corporate theft and buying up all the other companies. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say they're getting very close to exerting a monopoly in the adult industry. Some firsthand accounts during the recent syphilis outbreak included reports that Manwin actually tried to use their influence to force stars to take injections whether they were diagnosed by a doctor or not. Moreover, they allegedly refused to identify the substance; they just threatened to blacklist any star who didn't cooperate, if these accounts are true. For a company exerting so much control, this would have meant some stars had to give up working in the industry altogether if they didn't comply.
So take all of this for what it's worth. The simple answer to your question is that yeah, it's probably worthwhile joining. Whatever becomes of their scenes in the future, like I said there are literally thousands of scenes to download, and probably tens of thousands of photos. But if you're one of those overly conscientious types, and anything you've read here or anything you find on your own causes you to struggle with the decision for ethical reasons, then you may want to pass.
Damn, I didn't realize I had that much to say on the topic. Maybe I'm the one who's taken caution to a whole new level...

^ Really, all I wanted to know is if they reliably deliver their product as represented.
ADT would seem to be a good place to find out if others were satisfied with, or felt let-down, by their own experiences with Brazzers memberships.
All the deeper intrigue here, quite frankly, has been introduced into the discussion by others.
For the record, I don't live in a bubble; I'm aware that there is an ethical cloud over the Brazzers/Manwin business model.
As far as costs regarding a one-year membership are concerned, $119.88 (12 x 9.99) for one-year, is just such a better value than $29.99/per month (which would be $359.88 for 12-months).
Even with their three-month membership ($59.95 every three months), why not get an entire 12-months for very little more?
I also don't want to enter the nightmare of recurring month-to-month memberships.
God help the schmucks who do the "two-day trial membership" for $1.00 -- and then get immediately rolled into the $39.95/per month "full membership" on a recurring monthly basis.
Yes, I buy the large-size re-fillable popcorn and drinks at the movie theatre (they're only 50-cents more than a medium anyway)

The thing is though, if you buy an annual sub and are not happy with the product you have just wasted $100. I sign up for a month to Evil Angel, Brazzers, Elegant Angel, Jules Jordan after 6 or so months and see what content they have updated- download all the good scenes and then cancel my membership before I am billed for the second month.
From what I remember with Brazzers; the picture sets were pretty crap (low resolution). Other than that though, they are a good site; loads of scenes, monthly live shows, hd, no download limits. Although I did hear that they shut down one of their sites (Pornstar Punishment) because it was a bit too risque for Visa; so they took all the PSP scenes off the site. Not sure if they compensated members. That is one of the benefits of not having an annual sub; if you have a 10 months left on your sub any threat to not renew your sub is pretty empty.

Well, the fact that they've been in business as long as they have would seem to be an indication that some people think so.
Honestly, I don't know what kind of evidence or testimony you're looking for. You got the technical questions answered (DRM-Free, HD, etc.), you've consulted various sources (ADT, probably others) and you've crunched the numbers on this one more than a GAO Auditor. So what's left to know?
It really isn't that complicated:
If you only want the one scene and prefer to pay for it without falling victim to the potential perils of a trial membership, then join for a month, take solace in the fact that you stayed true to your convictions and aren't personally contributing to the demise of the adult industry, download the scene and cancel your membership.
If you want an entire year to download new releases in addition to the complete history but are uncertain you'll like the content or the quality of the media, take a look at the overwhelming evidence in front of you and make a decision already.
You just seemed not to know a lot about one of the biggest porn sites ever to have existed and, at the same time, to want something more, some sort of kinesthetically pleasing assurances that you can trust the site to deliver. I'm sorry if that wasn't the case.

In case you are uncertain of what to do then use the below link. You can get a one month membership for 20$ instead of 30$. If you find that you like what they offer then cancel that one and then buy a one year membership. You can even read multiple reviews from paying members as well.

Sorry to ressurrect this topic, but my question fits better in here.
Anyone have anything new about Brazzers' situation? My annual membership expires by the end of the month, and I'm seriously thinking about not renewing. I didn't notice the fact that they just dissapeared with PSP until I read today on this forum. I have some pornstar that I like to have all the scenes downloaded, to keep on my HD, like a small collection, and its very frustrating to know that I won't be able to have the scenes that they took out. There's some on torrent, but I REALLY don't like to download that way, but I guess it will be the only way to have them.
Is there any other sites that do that kind of things?

This may be slightly off-topic, but the question earlier about downloaded scenes suddenly becoming unwatchable made me wonder if this is a common practice. Do I need to worry about some scenes in my collection suddenly "expiring"?

I don't mind that you resurrected this thread but are you telling me that you did not notice that PSP is no longer on their network? It's been over a year now. I don't think we need to talk about this anymore so let's just say that they had very good reasons for removing the content and fans of this type of porn didn't really care what they were and let's finally move on.
I'm not aware of any other site that does a similar type of content. If nothing else then that might prove that it was not as popular as many claimed it was or maybe it's too controversial for any legit company to touch.

The rule of thumb with brazzers is if you like a scene, download ASAP cause it might be gone 5 minutes later. As a member, I was very upset with PSP scenes as well as many others being taken down. If I wasn't paying at a discount, I would have cancelled my membership for good.

^ As it does not immediately register with me, and I'm too lazy to try to look it up (and, if it's been taken down I can't easily look it up), what is PSP?
I'm assuming it is some sub-site of Brazzers, but what, specifically?

^ PSP = Pornstars Punishment
Indeed a sub-site of Brazzers, featuring scenarios with non-consensual sex.

If the video is DRM-free, then you don't have to worry about it expiring. If the seller (usually a video website) used DRM, then you should have been made aware of the limited time period when you purchased/rented. The pricing might have been (for rough example) $10 for 7 days or $20 for 30 days or $40 for unlimited time; you choose which option depending on your budget and your desired duration of re-watchability.
