I had plans, but I had to cancel a boat load of shoots because I got very sick with strep throat. I'm on the mend though and today is my first day back to work although I'm only doing a photo shoot and not an actual scene. Hi Brett. Whats your opinion on porn being way to 'edited' nowadays. The cuts that they make porn appear too unreal. I remember in earlier year, guys would often cum prematurely in scenes when he was really into the female talent. Nowadays we don't see this. Does it still happen and its just snipped from the final product? Or do the male talent inject and drug their cocks such that it doesn't happen anymore?
A professional male talent should not prematurely ejacualte. He's not here to "get off" for his own personal pleasure. At the end of the day, this is acting and we "should" all be professionals. He is there for one job and that's to keep his dick hard the entire time and ejaculate on command. If he gets off or if the girl gets off due to chemistry, that's just an added bonus. If a guy ever prematurely ejaculated during a scene of mine, you can guarantee I would be pissed as all hell because he just fucked up the scene. As for men shooting their dicks up, there are some big male talent that do and I'm personally against it. I have no problem with male talent using viagra to help them through a scene but using a needle and injecting your dick is a health hazard in my personal opinion and totally defeats the purpose of getting tested because in my eyes, how do I know this person is using a clean needle? Say their tests shows hey are clean, but right before their scene they go and inject their cock with a dirty ass needle and now this male talent is going to fuck me with an open wound and put my life in danger by exposing me to whatever it is was on that dirty needle. When it comes to editing, I personally feel like directors have gotten more lazy than the past. There are also a LOT of "so called directors" shooting now days who have no idea what they are doing so they over shoot the set ups, the sex scene, the concepts because they have no direction and want to make sure if they fuck up the editor at least has enough content to work with. 99% of men don't have erections lasting for hours at a time. And the ones that do probably aren't attractive enough to not make the female talent wanna kill themselves. That's why Manuel and Mick Blue will have guaranteed work untill their 70s. They could also start making scenes shorter like the old days. There was barely any sex scenes longer than 10 minutes during the golden age of porn. Who watches 40 minute scenes from start to finish these days.

I 100% agree with you on directors being lazy. I feel that too much is riding on the female performer to make a scene good as opposed to good directing. You are phenomenal FYI. Thanks Brett!

... and as a female talent, getting banged or having to fuck for 45+ minutes gets tiresome and personally, my performance goes down when my energy does. I agree with you ! I feel like when I shoot scenes lately they are getting longer and longer because the directors are over shooting because they don't know what they are doing so they make the talent fuck extra long to make sure they have enough content to bring to the editing room when in reality a REAL seasoned and pro director knows just exactly how much and what to shoot instead of (no pun intended) dicking around.

I don't really agree with the testing protocol in the Florida area and the talent out there is notorious for sketchy behavior so I would not be willing to work with talent I've never worked with out there. I feel most comfortable working with Talent I've wotked with on a previous sets. Also, I shoot for RK out here in California so I don't see any reason to take a 5 hour flight to shoot for a company I already frequently shoot for :)
