^ It's a story a little different than Mr Marcus though , It wasn't HIS test but Pumper shot a scene before the Test result of the girl was given , when he got it she resulted positive to Chlamydia , so he falsified her test in order to have the scene published. Did you sign a model release? In that model release, did it state how much you were to be compensated? If you weren't paid, wouldn't that make his paperwork void? ^^We have no actual proof or evidence of any kind that this happened. I'm not saying that it didn't happen, but there exists no real reason to believe that it did.
Does anybody know who actually backed Pumper financially when he was supposedly shooting movies for his own company "B Pumper Productions" and "Freaky Empire"?
I guess the proof is in the pudding. We'll see once he has released his cell phone adventures. And once again, if I'm in it I'll be taking legal action.
File a complaint in the small claims court where you live. They will be able to give you instructions on how to get the defendant (pumper who owes you money) served, and will provide you a court date.
Well the problem might be Brian Pumper reportedly has very little assets if at all. I recall Kristina Rose was mentioned on the forums belittling Pumper for living a rather lowly existence. First you'd have to find out if he has anything of value, otherwise the expense of pursuing this matter might end up costing you even more. Lylith Lavey took Mr. Marcus to court after he knowingly exposed her to an std and she won a judgement, but it appears she has virtually no chance of collecting much, if any of that judgement due to Marcus' financial woes. Somebody on the forums intimated he thought some monied anti-porn people did it to further lower some peoples' perception of porn. I think (but of course don't really know) that she wanted to put Mr. Marcus out of porn business. That makes it even less likely she'll collect anything of worth, but I think she wanted to sideline Mr. Marcus from the industry and not have him playing fast and loose with any future performer's health.
You're way off in your assumptions. I'm right here if you want to know what happened with Lavey or anyone else I've come in contact with. I tried to explain things the best I could, unfortunately this became a bigger story than I was ever prepared for and legally I didn't have the proper defense, although I was prepared to go to court and defend myself, I never got that chance.
