Here are 2 scenarious that I came up with: 1) Battery got broken. 2) Cellphone contacts (copper bard that supply power to the battery) got broken. What should I do with my phone? My dad told me to contact the company and that they will send me a brand new phone of my model which is Ericcson T-300 (I think). Is this true? Also, I have T-Mobil service. You may have damaged the chargability of your battery (something I did a couple times). Without knowing the exchange policy in your contract, I can't tell you for sure, but the store might exchange the battery or your whole phone right there.  [Link] |
