7 weeks of leave is almost normal for covid patients 4 to 5 weeks are the average time needed to recover from it even with a mild infection and 2 weeks are the minum time of negativity from the virus to be cleared any complication in between would lead to more weeks out if she got it hard and ended up in a hospital attached to a respirator or worse to a casque she might need several weeks to recover ,her lungs especially would need dedicated care.
The first man hospitalized in Italy stayed 38 days in the hospital in ICU (nobody knew how to treat it back then)

If she was vaccinated and got infected nonetheles then 7 weeks would be the average time she'd need to be back.

As for the pending scenes well is part of the narrative of the site or at least it was , for example they went on with Candy Cotton for years even though she was long retired , the narrative was she "loved brothas" so much that she continued filming for them only just because of that so they shelved her scenes and for a while and kept getting them out every now and then
