This episode not only featured the sex scene with the girl with the bag on her head, but also featured a homosexual storyline. By the way, did the show ever follow up on whether or not that soldier was really kicked out of the military for being gay? I didn't think he should have been, especially since that doctor was the one who got him caught up in that situation. I thought the doctor should have been fired, but not the soldier. And what was the deal with that other doctor's son who had the racist girlfriend? The son looked like Michael Jackson's twin. You know, I think I might be one of those people who I hate watching movies with. Anyway, as for the S/M storyline, this is the kind of stuff that I would love to see more of in porn. Not that I want to see girls with bags on their heads. That's not my thing. But just the terrible way he treated the woman in that episode from the beginning, it would be great if we could see more similar storylines in porn. The guy treats the girl like shit, just like the doctor in Nip/Tuck did with that woman, unabashedly telling her that she's pathetic trash and has no respect for herself, just as he told her in the episode. And, she not only agrees with him, but agrees to come back for more such treatment. This is exactly the kind of dynamic that porn is lacking. But then again, this might be expecting too much originality, or boldness, for porn. The second that porn tries to incorporate this type of fetish into its productions, I'm sure there will be more than enough threads posted here about how the girls are being abused and mistreated, and not "respected" enough. It let's us know how backwards things are when mainstream TV shows can push the envelope further on sex than porn can. We have no problem at all with S/M on primetime cable TV shows. But the minute porn starts to do it, people jump up from the woodwork to complain that it's too "extreme" and is crossing the line. Pretty soon, it's going to be the point where, if I want to watch something to get me off, I'll have to leave porn and start watching shows like Nip/Tuck. Weird. Talk about irony.
