Is it possible that danc is downloading the 4K files and playing them on a computer or device that isn't equipped to play them? I'm no tech expert, but I know that I can't play 4K videos well. I download the 1080p files and have never, ever encountered anything juddery or choppy.

This is my sticking point, because I think it is, purposely and exactly.
