You are not the only one. While Bryan has some really great content, the overdressing is the biggest area of improvement in my opinion. If he would have the girls dress age appropriate (in clothes and makeup they would ordinarily wear themselves in the street, club or gym etc), it would make the scenes that much more hotter and more realistic. Evil Angel versions of Bryan's scenes are usually shorter/edited. Gina and Melissa's date is about 40mins shorter on EA.
Hi Bryan - I love the content of your scenes, but the one thing putting me off is the video quality. Along with lots of other directors in porn these days, you seem to be using a slow shutter speed (I think!) which gives a choppy, filmic effect (not smooth like, for example, Dogfart's video quality). I just don't know why this type of film is being used - surely you'd want the most life-like representation of what's going on? I probably haven't explained myself very well, but I find it so frustrating that lots of porn is using this slow shutter speed film these days! I hate it LOL
They may well do - but directors weren't shooting at 60fps back in 2006, yet the film quality was fine. You felt like you were watching the action in front of you because it was true to life - there were no film effects etc. I honestly don't know what's going on with porn these days, but video quality (and lighting quality) seems to be getting worse not better (I don't think this obsession with 4k helps either). Anyway, I don't want to derail this thread (I may start a separate thread about this issue) but I was interested in hearing why Bryan decided to use this stuttery effect in his work. It completely puts me off buying his scenes, which is a shame.
