Fisting isn't allowed to be shown in porn but is it seriously more extreme than bukkake? Bukkake litterally makes me sick to watch.

It's not that fisting isn't allowed, it's just that American studios choose not to distribute it in the US.

That said, there are close to 300 European titles distributed in the US with fisting.

...and if you are interested in seeing them (or titles containing golden showers), just go to Scott's website. He's got a great selection, his prices are reasonable and his customer service is as good as it gets.

We had a discussion about this not long ago. If I remember well the result was that fisting "was" not allowed in USA.

an american doco (where they talked abt how the porn industry has grown) that was shown here actually said that it's actually part of the US legislation that fisting wasnt allowed - something abt going to far and morals etc...

the doco was shown in 2002 not sure how old it was though...

Levity aside. . .

1 US company, Nova Products, contracts with DBM, Videorama, AVN, SG Video, Scala, MMV and other for the US distribution rights to various titles. It imports them into the US and distributes them to a retail network of about 400 adult video stores and (ahem)1 online retailer. In addition, we attempt to get the uncensored (or Euroversions) of US releases where the producer is willing to release them through us. For example, Chuck Zane allowed us to distribute the uncensored version of "Stuffed", "A2M" and about 5 other titles, before he pulled them entirely, we distributed the uncensored versions of 4 of Seymore titles, we were distributed "The Fist, the whole Fist,...". Currently, we have the uncensored version of "The Violation of Jasmine Lynn", and through Kaytel, the European releases of a couple of Jim Powers' titles.

So, neither Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny have anything to do with it. It's pretty much the work of 1 company.

True. I meant prosecutable. Sorry.

Unfortunately, the way that U.S. obscenity laws are written, pretty much all porn is "prosecutable". Whether a prosecutor can win is probably as dependant on what city (or more likely, small town) the prosecution is taking place than the content of the movie.

Since as least one movie containing fisting has been successfully declaired obscene somewhere in the U.S., most producers and distributors are leery about selling movies containing fisting. They make enough money without fisting, why tempt fate?

Hello Scott Kinney,

Did Nova Products ever get into legal problems, either for importing those fisting videos/DVDs into the USA (customs), or for distributing them to a US retail network?

Did your company Diversified Video Associates, as the only online retailer in the USA selling fisting videos/DVDs, ever get into legal problems over this?

Knock wood, no. (to both questions)

Our legal expenditures over the last few years have been divided between prosecuting bootleggers (which is protracted, expensive and only minimally effective) and securing US copyrights for the videos we have the US rights to. (pardon the grammar, not all the caffeine has taken effect.)

Best Regards,
