I don't know if your question was specific to the website you mention in your post, but for info I can tell you that the French record, which also stands for European record I think, is owned by the appropriately named Tabatha Cash who once received US$ 8000, only to perform a single solo scene, without even any dildo penetration. That was almost just a tease scene actually, at the border of softcore and somewhat comparable in intensity to an Andrew Blake shoot, but her market value was so big at the moment that the producers agreed anyway.

Dear abradarba, This was exactly one of my first ADT-posts more than a year ago. And with all sympathy for your question I can tell you: you will most likely not get an answer here. Kimi was the only porn girl answering my question than. And she was critizized a lot by industry insiders than.
Me, I try to be another insider, since. On my website you will find as much transparency as possible, including all rates for my girls. 100% of the given rates go to the girls; these are their wages for 3 hours on set (add 1 hour for make-up etc).
I dont exactly know the rates in other countries, but in general in Prague/Budapest the girls earn about twice as much, in the USA its about 4 times as much. Still, please remember that the living costs in Czech, Hungary and US are much higher than in Russia, too.
If you are interested in specific prices not indicated on my pricelist, please feel free to ask. I have nothing to hide.
Whatever they get paid, the top hardcore pornstars deserve every penny. Especially the few pornstars that are in the business because of there sexuality. They are truly priceless. The suggestion from Lezley Zen that she earns 12G a month is probably right. That works out at 144G a year which is not a bad income!
VIVID girls are supposed to be on a basic 'salary' of 250G a year excluding endorsements, web site income etc.
Certainly if you look at the really busy and in demand girls such as Ashley Long who does something like 100 productions a year that would still work out around 100-150G a year depending on wether they are gonzo or features.
Bearing in mind that some porn stars are also reputed to do escort work as well you can see that annual income of around the 200G mark is not that far off.
But are they overpaid? I doubt if they could get anything similar in terms of income by doing anything else - a few select people apart. Certainly they would have little chance in regular, mainstream acting work.
Coming from the UK, I suspect -all things being equal- Ashley Long's income (let's say 150G) is £85,000 which is around 3 times the average salary in the UK. Depending on her other (non sexual and acting) skills I suspect that she and many other girls would have little chance to earn the kind of lifestyle that they get.
Although of course like Footballers, they need to earn in say 5 years enough for them to see them get through to retirement and a good life.

I strongly believe in transparency when porn fees are involved. The only thing I am not prepared to talk obout are wholesale rate agreements with certain companies. The girls rates, however, are not affected by them.
