Here is what happened:

Bush DVD was supposed to send me 6 DVDs, they send me confirmation for 4 DVDs and I received 4 DVDs but 2 of them were not on the confirmation. My rental list says that 6 DVDs are shipped. I tried to send the message to Bush DVD about rentals not received but when I send the message their system tells me the following:

Parameter assignment error -- Application uses a value of the wrong type for the current operation. Application uses a value of the wrong type for the current operation.

And here is the message that I have TRIED to sent to them:

It has been about a week since I should've received Little White Slave Girls 03 and Seymore Butts' Backdoor to Buttsville DVDs, but I have never received them. I only received 4 other DVDs. The funny thing is that I have received 2 emails that said that DVDs were sent. Each email said that 2 DVDs were sent so in total it was 4 DVDs and I received for but should received 2 more DVDs (6 in total).

Here is the whole thing:

Ordered:
1) - White Butts Drippin' Chocolate Nuts 01
2) - Dream Cum Two
3) - Sluts of the Nyle 04: Anal Sluts
4) - Little White Slave Girls 03
5) - Assault That Ass 03
6) - Seymore Butts' Backdoor to Buttsville

Rentals Shipped Emails:
1) - Assault That Ass 03
- Sluts of the Nyle 04: Anal Sluts

2) - Little White Slave Girls 03
- Seymore Butts' Backdoor to Buttsville

I Received rentals:
1) Assault That Ass 03
2) Sluts of the Nyle 04: Anal Sluts
3) Dream Cum Two
4) White Butts Drippin' Chocolate Nuts 01

Never Received:
1) Little White Slave Girls 03
2) Seymore Butts' Backdoor to Buttsville

Basicaly I never received the DVDs that were specified in second rentals shipped email. And received the DVDs that were supposed to be confirmed to me in the email that were never done.

Please let me know ASAP on what should I do.
Thank You

Alex,

Sorry to hear you're having problems.

You didn't mention what email address you tried to use. The address below is from the site links here at ADT.

Alex, did you try to contact them via the "Problem" link next to the titles in the "Shipped" list, or did you go through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Even if the form is not working, they have an e-mail address and a toll free phone number listed at the bottom of the "Contact Us" page.

As far as the confirmation e-mails, I sometimes don't get the shipping confirmations, but I've only once not received a shipment (out of almost 160 mailings). When I reported that the shipment did not arrive, they immediately sent another and told me so by e-mail.

I got an email from one of the Bush guys last week from his personal email acct saying they were having problems with their outgoing mail. I'm sure they'll take care of the problem as soon as they see this.

Alex,

All 6 titles were shipped on the dates listed in your Queue. Confirmation emails are sent afterwards, but sometimes emails are not received due to ISP and or other spam filters. And like Steph mentioned our outgoing e-mail wasn't doing its job. We will ship your next rentals on Tuesday, there is no mail on Columbus day (Monday).

Did you try to contact us by using the email form or using the problem link?

If you have any other questions feel free to e-mail or call us at:

Thanks for your patience.

Sincerely,

For reference, I have had several return shipments to BushDVD go missing in the mail. I have always used their online form for submitting these problems. In every case they have responded either same day or next. Even better, in every case they marked them as lost, immediately shipped the next titles in my queue, and been very friendly as well.

Based on my experience I would rate BushDvd as being very responsive to customer issues as well as being very customer friendly.
