I have a problem with one of the Bush DVDs. I have never received the Cream Pie Milkshakes 01 but it is said that I have added it to my list on Jan 10 2005 and that it was shipped on Jan 31 2005. I have never received it and earlir this week I have posted a Problem note. I checked with the availability of the DVD and it is currently under Short Wait. Maybe they (Bush DVD) havent shipped it yet? Or is there something wrong? This is the 2nd time that I have a problem with Bush DVD. Please advise.

Alex,

You reported the problem on Saturday and we replied with an e-mail (on Saturday), but we did not get a response from you. Please reply to our e-mails or call our toll free phone number (1-877-287-4383) so we can resolve the issue.

Cream Pie Milkshakes 01 was shipped on 1/31/05.

Hey Jason, yeah, I just noticed that I have received the email. I just forgot about my Yahoo email adress that I use for Bush DVD and Netflix. I just checked it. What should I do now? Should I go to post office with the numbers and ask for any info? Yeah, because when I received the previous batch of DVDs, one of the mailers had only one DVD so i got concearned and began monitoring thru my account queue and then I dropped the problem note. So let me know on what I should do next.

Alex, you can go to your local post office and they will track your packages with those numbers but you can also track them yourself on the US Mail website:

www.usps.com

Just click on the links provided for tracking packages and input the numbers and it should let you know where your stuff is in the system.

I just want to let you know that everything is fine. I have received the missing DVD today, but the mailer is kinda ripped on the sides so I will have to tape it when I will send it back. Thanks everyone for your help.
