Hey everyone -

First, some background info. I have been renting DVDs for about a year now (through memberships). But already even though only a year of experience, I have tried ~5 different membership programs. The following is what I have tried in order....
1) X-Rent DVD
2) Hitflix
3) Sugar DVD
4) Wanted List
5) Bush DVD
Let me tell you, NOTHING compares to BushDVD. You notice it from the moment you sign up. Heres my story with BushDVD....I was pondering to myself what else I could try other than X-Rent DVD. Although I liked the selection, the prices were FU**ING outragous. 49.99 for 8dvds at a time is _CRAZY_. So I hit the forums and discovered Bush DVD. From the moment I ordered on Thursday night, I was a little skeptical only because of the mediocre web design, but nevertheless highly functional. Reluctantly, I still ordered Friday night (Around 3 AM that is, so some may technically call it a thursday night). I woke up late afternoon to discover that my first 8 movies had shipped at 8 AM! I was amazed!

Now I live in south Texas, which isnt very close to California, so I didnt expect the fastest shipment....WRONG! 2 working days (Not including sunday) days later and they were in my mailbox! I quickly rushed to do as I pleased with my DVDs, and slipped them in the return slot later that night to be sent out the next day. It is now 3 days later, and ~3 hours ago I received 12 emails.....All 8 dvds were returned in 3 days, and another 8 dvds were shipped in the SAME HOUR! Thats a Turnaround of Only _6 DAYS_!!! Thats CRAZY for getting all the way to Texas.

Anyhow, I was pretty excited about all the shipped stuff, however, while looking for some new content to add, I noticed they had some holes in some of the series (like They had Lesbian Cheerleader Squad #3, but not #2/#1). Anyhow, I emailed them asking about that series along with some Viv Thomas DVDs and a couple other things mentioned. In just a few simple hours I had a personal reply saying he would add them to the suggestion list, gave me some reccomendations as what they already had, and told me about some upcoming ones. Thats ABOVE and Beyond A++ Customer service!

Anyhow, I am currently still in a month with X-Rent, so I was trying to see if there was any hope of staying with them with an email asking about lowering princes, sice their price is a whole $10 more per month, thats $120 dollars a YEAR im saving. It took them FIVE DAYs to send me a worthless "I dont give a shit" email to me that sounded like it was an automated message saying blah blah we thank you for your feedback bull shit, all to say that they dont think their prices are too high. Yeah? Well, you just lost a great customer X-Rent.

Believe me everyone, BushDVD's selection is GREAT, and if theres any particular one your missing, just ask! Unlike X-Rent, you get real customer support. Thanks for reccomending me BushDVD, and now im doing the same for everyone else :).

Good for you. I don't think we can have enough of these Bush DVD recomendations. They offer a tremendous service that none of the other 3 services I tried could match.

Now if they would only stock more of each title. Only one of my top 20 is available but it's all new stuff so I'm not too concerned.

Good news for you! Glad you have caught on with the Bush. They do allow up to 500 in your queue. This has been confirmed by me with an additional confirmation by the firm Habish, Habish and Rottier. Truly! I have since trimmed my rental queue. But just knowing that you can have that many titles ready and waiting specifically for you and your masturbatory needs gives some amount of proof that everything is alright with the world.

I joined up nearly 2 years ago, I believe shortly after they fired up their online business (I think they may have been running and may still run a bricks and mortar rental and sales business.) It’s nice to see while they have surely grown, their customer service is still personal and A+ quality.

Yeah, BushDVD customer service is great.

I signed up for the 2 DVDs at a time plan and decided the next day that I'd like to upgrade to 4 DVDs. From what I read on the BushDVD website, this cannot be completed until the next billing cycle. However, I sent an e-mail explaining that I'd like the upgrade sooner and received a reply the same day from BushDVD telling me that they upgraded my account and only charged me the difference in the introductory rates between the two plans, i.e. $3.00.

Bushdvd is great but I've been noticing a slowdown recently. Not nearly as bad as other places but 1 day delays here and there. As they get bigger, they'll start throttling like every other dvd rental site on the net. Only a matter of time.
