I know Dirty Bob knows better (and has better eye sight) than to call Ashley Blue "busty" so I'm guessing it was a brainfart or typo that got past editors, that's all. Not the end of the world by a long shot but the title of this thread did frighten me. I just can't see Blue with boobs.
As far as the length of the reviews, isn't AVN geared more towards retailers than fans? With so much product to cover monthly, I don't see how they would be able to give each movie lengthier reviews without expanding the size of the mag to the size of the bible monthly and greatly inflating the price. Quick blurbs detailing the gist, highlights and marketing tips are the order of the day, not in-depth and detailed analysis.
Perhaps so. I just begin to wonder somewhat when I see extremely crappy movies like the one I'm watching now (Latin Ass Palooza) receive "AAAA" ratings. I thought I wrote generous reviews that gave the benefit of the doubt, but sometimes AVN blows my mind.
For as long as I can remember, I've always thought AVN was overly generous with their star ratings. IMO, remove one star and you're at least in the ballpark.

I think that the fact that PL unknowingly threw this error in the face of Mike Ramone (AVN Editor in Chief) in this thread probably had something to do with them being upset.
I don't see why it was ever a big deal. Like I said before, I see typos like those all the time. Why react like it was some sort of travesty against the adult world?
