This isn't going to be much help I'm afraid, but on the original film that this scene comes from – the 1993 SAP/SYC video 'Private Moments Part 4' – she is billed on the box cover (there are no credits on the film itself) as Fiona Flash. On the inlay card of 'The Goddess Of Love 12' she is actually billed as Antje Wieck – and it does appear to be a German accent that she speaks English with. Unfortunately, I've never found anything else under these two names – or seen her in anything else.
