As for leaving that butt plug/dildo overnight:
1. Could slip and then go deep inside you, and you'll need a proffesional to remove it. (worse case senario:surgery)

2. Eventually the muscles in that area at the opening could get stretch the tissue. You can poo a lot easier. But if the muscle die... you can hold it until that poo gets to the anal opening. Or if its stretched for too long you can't squeeze it shut anymore. ;O

Funny thing is, when I bought this one, I was still pretty nervous about the whole prospect and went with something pretty small, 4 1/2" and fairly narrow, as many people here would advise.
