Sounds like it might be from "Buttman's Big Butt Backdoor Babes"; the scene with a devilishly gorgeous white woman named Sweetie Pie. Great video, but not a very good DVD as it was one of the first to be released on DVD, therefore it's technical quality is far from good. Also stars Krysti Lynn.
+1 It's Sweetie Pie scene in Buttman's Big Butt Backdoor Babes. The ribbed toy and butt plug were with Buttman only. Then he inserts the butt plug and has her walk outside (with butt plug still in place) to surprise the 2 guys who were hanging out on the patio. They come inside and fuck on the sofa. You gotta give more distinguishing details if possible. So far, your description still sounds like a slightly "misremembered" 2nd half of the Sweetie Pie scene. How does "mystery girl" compare to Sweetie Pie? Taller, skinnier, blonder, younger, longer legs, bare feet...?? Anything particular about the guys?
OK, the guys. For a start the two in Sweetie Pie's scene were Hispanic and if I remember, one was called Gary. In the other scene, they were Caucasian. One had medium length, curly dark-brown hair, the other short hair. The lady was taller than Sweetie Pie and at no time had her clothes on (although I may not have seen the start of the scene). Finally, the scene I remember before they fuck her, has the 2 guys on a sofa sitting wither side of the lady. In the sweetie pie scene, when she puts her legs over her head there is only one guy sitting to her left and she says something like 'not with him sitting on it (in reference to one of her legs)'. I have the sweetie pie scene somewhere. This is a different one, but for the life of me I have looked through all of the Butt-meister's catalogue and cannot see it.
