You need to try your title on a friends DVD player to make sure it's your player and not just that copy of the DVD. I would send it back either way. But, send them an email first to see what they say. I'm curious...

I said I was gonna pick up a Sony..but I just don't have the cojones. I mean..ID4, The Green Mile..looks amazing. Truly amazing. I am so positive..the image of the new dual 9 on that player would have kicked my dvdrom's ass out the door in terms of overall experience. When I oversize the image on the dvdrom to take the whole screen..it gets blurred. In small mode..it's like High Def..truly amazing..480P in 1024 resolution. The pussy..looks..like the real thing..that is the benefit of the VGA monitor and progressive dvdrom. But in terms of over feeling..the bigger the screen..the better. Oh well. Wish I could hear from Trish on what she has to say. Hope I didn't do something dumb. I am still in support over Evil Angel, even though I said I had enough. I mean anyone would have been upset if their favorite adult studio couldn't even shell out a moan on the screen..all because of coding. -sonic (The sad one) [Link] |

We FedExed them Buttman's Big Butt Euro Babes and Buttman's Anal Show today. I included a letter saying that there have been problems reported with models 2200, 2109, 1200, and maybe also 3108. They will test the DVDs and get back to me within a week with the result. They did say that there is a hardware upgrade available, they just want to make sure that this problem can be solved by the upgrade. If it can, Evil Angel will be entered into their system, and then any owners that call in with a problem can mention the specifics, and customer service will know what you're talking about.
