You just need to have a copy of an accepted government ID for them then. I believe it was always illegal to hire foreign porn stars that didn't have a resident alien card, as it would be for any type of worker. I think Tina Tyler had a problem with this a few years back trying to get into the US for a social visit when she met a Customs Official who recognized her. This won't stop anything. Does America issue work visas? It would be amusing to see the paper work on that. [Link] |
