If new rules require Safe Sex only (Condoms only) for Porn shot in California will you loose interest? Will the porn industry move to a new location? Wicked requires condoms in there movies but allows cumshots. How does that jive?

Many of the companies will move. Probably to Arizona and Florida. That what I have been hearing. Condoms but cumshots are allowed is not "safe sex." The only safe sex is no sex or monogamy , there is always a risk otherwise.

Very incorrect. If the board comes back and recommends condoms and it becomes a law it in California what do you think will happen next. It won't be long before anyone shooting porn in the United States without condoms gets prosecuted by OSHA. They just won't go after the big Los Angeles based companies, they will make examples out of companies shooting in states like Arizona and Florida where it is a gray area at best to shoot porn.
Porn and the Law of Unintended Consequences "Four things will happen: some companies will go out of business, a lot of production will cross borders into Arizona and Nevada, some production will cross oceans to South America and Europe, and still more will move underground." So, far it is only California trying to do this. Many companies already have said they will move to Arizona and other places. It's unconstitutional and hopefully the people trying to enact this will lose.
This is complete foolishness! The porn market is far too lucrative to allow it to die or relegate itself to a condom only status. The no brainer here is to move to another state, several of which have no laws that could be contrued to restrict the production or porn. Of course moving out the the country is another distinct possibility. Hat the hell everything else is going offshore, why shouldn't porn, the most American of all produscts, be any different?

If this law passed the entire US adult industry will be condoms only. The reason it's only happening in California, is California is the one of two states it's legal to shoot porn. Any company stupid enough to move the Arizona or Nevada (where it is not legal to porn) and so without condoms will be prosecuted, and it will be very easy to prosecute them because of 2257 record keeping information that shows the dates of production. As far as going underground that will not happen because the online billing companies will no longer process payments for scenes that do not show condoms.
