You see it happen all the time in movies, but do you ever see it happen during gonzo scenes or behind-the-scenes/blooper segments? A guy's fucking a girl, and in a fit of ardour, calls out not her name, but some other girl's name?
I've only heard names used at all a handful of times in gonzo porn, mostly in reality-series like Shane's World, where everybody's hanging out together for a long time. And in those, I've never heard a slip-up.
When it does happen, it's just as likely that they are not using someone else's name, but using that person's real name instead of their stage name.

And there's been many a story told where the performers amongst each other don't even know that about their partner. Nieve to believe perhaps...but regardless.
So far, I've run into that just once this year. I wouldn't say it was a fit of ardour, but a dominatrix accidentally referred to her male client by two different names, one at the beginning of the scene and another at the end. He didn't react in an obvious way; I think his mind was elsewhere.
Overall, I've also encountered about a half dozen instances in which performers' real names (male and female) slip out in the behind-the-scenes, or more rarely, in the movie itself.

I was surprised an honest answer was given when Gina Lynn asked one starlet what her tattoo said. Her reply, "ssshhhhh...it's my real name", and that clip made the behind the scenes. Oops...
I remember how shocked I was in Taylor Rain's scene in Erotica XXX when Nacho Vidal asked her what her name was, and she answered in a very breathy and horny sounding voice, "Taaayyyylor" and a second later, "Real name, Nikki." And they left it in the movie. I was like, did she say what I think she said?, and I rewound and turned up the volume to listen to that bit of dialogue several times. Later on I watched something she evidently did very, very early in her porn career for Hustler, where they referred to her as Nicole or Nikki throughout the scene. So she evidently doesn't think it's a big deal if people know her first name. I also remember watching Nasty Nymphos 25 and one girl kept referring to Vince Vouyer as John.
It'd be considerate for the studios to bleep that info if it's unintentionally revealed. But yeah, I agree it's probably not a big concern if it's only the first name. The 2257 leaks, in which full legal names and birthdates have been published, are far more worrisome.
Some actresses have fake "real" names that they give to overzealous fans. I think that's a wise strategy.

I also haven't seen many scenes in which the guys address the girls specifically by name during the scene. In fact, I'd be surprised if most of the guys in gonzo porn even take the time to learn the names of alot of the girls they are with in the scenes to begin with. As for giving real names as opposed to stage names, I really don't see what the big deal is. Stage names definitely serve a purpose in porn, but come on now, it's not as if the porn industry is the CIA. I can't imagine that anybody who takes a job fucking in front of a camera can be all that worried about maintaining privacy or anonimity. I just can't see it as being all that major of a concern if it happens.
I did watch a movie once in which, during the BTS, one of the girl's was holding a conversation in the background with someone and happened to mention her cell phone number out loud. I don't even think she knew she was being recorded at the time, and if she did, I don't know if she knew that particular part of the conversation was going to make in the movie BTS. You could her her plainly telling the other person what her phone number was, and it was not edited from the BTS.
Actually, although most probably don't mind a great deal if their real first name is known, and many even use a variation of their real first name as part of their stage name, it is not cool at all when full legal names and even addresses get onto the internet.
That someone's personal cell # was left audible in a BTS is very disturbing. I don't think BTS editors always think about the privacy of the performers as much as they should.
