Everybody was looking for creativity that could help sustain the industry (or replace the existing one). Maybe to a certain degree that already happened. I notice that camming is all over the net, and that starlets use their fame from films to go do camming. There are guys waiting with bated breath for the next time one of their favorite girls is online. Streamate has a function that texts their phone whenever one of their faves is online. Dudes will seriously stop what they're doing. I knew a guy that got fired from his job because he was constantly in those chat rooms during working hours and he was spending hundreds of dollars. There's no way he would spend that much time and money on regular porn. He'd still get fired, but he wouldn't be as poor. I think camming is even taking money out of the pockets of online video games. The same audience that spends hundreds of hours on WOW now has to split time with their favorite big-tittied hottie on MFC. I would never have guessed that there would be 100 cam sites competing for the dollars lost to piracy. And there is something that camming supplies that porn doesn't. Instead of seeing their hottie in specific clips and films that they watch over and over again in porn, they get to see the dynamism of seeing her differently on a daily or weekly basis doing different things all the time--sometimes sex. But then again, there are the hackers and the whole 'free token' deal. I don't know if that's real or not. If it is, then that industry could go south.
