I just assumed that since it was an american scene and all the other girls are american, plus I didn't recognize any other scenes of hers as american. I wonder how she happened to show up in this scene as non-featured/extra. [Link]

I'm absolutely not surprised to see non-American women but usually (in my experience) it's a whole bunch of scenes.
