well, it seems the closest match is sasha yung, but that pic is definitely not sasha yung or it has been altered to look more western or even to look like ellen page. i've tried to find a scene with sasha in a room with a red wall and a sky blue couch, but no luck. thanks for the replies, though. while sasha is cute, the girl in the pic is stunning. maybe too perfect and it has been photoshopped. if its being used to lure people into paysites it could well have been.
