The name of it is has a woman's a name, I believe she was the director, might have also been a performer. It is something (very approximately) like "Jane Doe presents: XXX Film" I believe most of the performers were European, but they all spoke in English. I believe the movie is just a series of sex scenes, no underlying theme or story. The one scene that I recall the most was I believe the final scene, it was with a guy and two girls and the guy fingers the girls quite aggressively until they both squirt and one of them has a seizure like orgasm and says while laughing and incredulous "I have never squirted before". The orgasm was similar to Megan Vale AKA Francheska (Russian girl) if you are familiar with this scene. The movie is not obscure, I remember looking it up on a porn review site trying to find the name of the performers in the above mentioned scene. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
