I heard that woman get great orgasms from using the Hatachi and one woman said men use it as well. How do men benefit from it? What is the cost of the unit? Thank u for any help.

There is some kind of cup attachment for it. I've heard a couple of people say it works for them, but considering how rarely I've heard it (a couple times in 30 years), I don't think it's a good bet. If you already have a Hatachi, then by all means buy the cup and try it. But I wouldn't buy the vibe just for that.
Agreed--I don't like vibrators either. They don't bother me, but I don't find it stimulating. That's why I never bought a Cobra Libre. Some guys love it (the universal complaint is that the touch-controls are awful); but guys who don't like vibration don't get off on it. But at least the Cobra Libre has a better track-record than the cum-cup for the HMW.
If you want to try a vibrator and want a cheap alternative, get a bullet vibe (they're shaped like losenges and are about an inch or two long). They're cheap, so if you don't like it, you're not out much. They often come with men's sex toys, which is why I have two or three laying around collecting dust.
