That's a Hungarian girl who used many names. Best known is probably Karly Sweet (used mainly when working for Elegant Angel) or some version of Hayni. Here are some other of her aliasses: Hanalka, Heini, Nikita V., Hayni Hilford, Cristina Giani, Hadji-Ho, Anja Moreno and Jovanna. In her later films, she looks a bit different, with a different hair style, as in this picture:

She has made a lot of films between 1998 and 2000. I suspect she did a LOT of hard living. I first noticed her movies such as Profession : Porn Actress, back when she had shorter hair. By the time Up Your Ass 14 came out in early 2000, her hair was long, but the real reason I didn't recognize her at first is that she appeared to have aged 10 years in a real time of perhaps 3. For the record, UYA14 is an interesting movie, it has one of Rita Faltoyano's earliest appearances, and a good Deborah Valentine scene, along with turns by girls who are only slightly well known, much like Karly.
