This is the only pic I have (from some tumblr blog). Is anyone able to read the letters on the upper left corner by the way?. That would solve the case.

Do you have a link to the original picture? I saved the image here and enlarged it, but the writing was too fuzzy. My best guess was D---- of Exploited.com
I took the tour of that domain and didn't find her.
