I also looked at IAFD and filtered on Ariana's RealityKings scenes. Removed the lesbian and outdoor scenes and that left me with three scenes. And she doesn't look like that in any of those scenes. The photo may have had some work done, and her hair obscures the 15 tattoo on her right shoulder, but the face is hers, and the tattoo above the left hip matches. I suspect that it's quite possible that studios buy stills of third-party performers sometimes and use them in their promotional materials, regardless of whether the appearance matches any videos.
