Are you asking if there are fetish DVDs among gay titles? If so, there are quite a few, although I think most of them are rather poorly done. Unfortunately, the ADT database doesn't allow you to search for both gay and fetish categories (yet - Steph is working on it as a future enhancement) but a good place to search for gay fetish (pick your fetish, any fetish) titles is the very large database on the TLAVideo.com site.

The closest thing I've seen to what you're requesting (and it's not very close) is the straight feature Hardcore Hairdresser. I just rechecked the hairwashing scene with Wendy (Maya) Divine and Eric Masterson, and it partially fits. There's no music whatsoever during the 3 min. 15 sec. of foreplay. The sound clarity is excellent--we can here the water splashing, the shampoo sudsing, the towel rubbing and the couple kissing. Piano rock eventually kicks in about the time the undressing begins (the majority of the undressing is shown, but it's quick). Hardcore Hairdresser is not fetishy, though, and I rated it only average overall. But since it's currently available for around $10 from three AdultDVDTalk affiliates, it might be worth your consideration.

Another possibility might be Miss Jackie's Full Service Salon. The review that I linked to is one of Astro's earlier submissions, but it's entirely possible that he still has the disc and would be able to find out for you how invasive the music is. I'd love to find a fetishy movie that has quite a bit of actual massage in it. My biggest complaint about the massage-themed gay DVD BodyRocks (a flick which I otherwise loved) is that it doesn't include very much actual massage. It also has minimal location sound and few fetish elements (other than the fisting), so it might not be your thing.
