Kay Parker Award Alexis Fawx - gonna give this one to Alexis despite some tough competition in this category. Her expanding her repertoire this year definitely paid off. Ginger Lynn Award Emily Willis - this category is the toughest of all. We had some great, great girls come into the biz this year. Some great ones towards the end of the year too that will surely be nominated next year. Emily's features/acting work actually puts her over the top for me (as well as her great gonzo scenes of course). But I could have easily picked four or five other girls from that list and still been happy with my choice. The field is that strong in this category. Tori Black Award Angela White - can I actually vote for her two years in a row? I think once I told myself I would never do that, after voting for Tori two years in a row in my opinion messed up the next few years of AVN FPOTY winners. No disrespect to Tori. But after that it seemed like they were playing catch-up for a while. I realize this not a real award ceremony and that it's simply your personal opinion of who was the best performers were this past year. You can nominate whoever you what, in whatever category you want, but if you're not objective about the nominations, what's the point? If you want to nominate any girl that has retired in the past year for a retirement award, then by all means go right ahead. Her showcase was one of the top releases of the year and I only expect her to continue her trajectory. Abella Danger could easily win this award. According to IAFD, she was in 167 titles this year! That's incredible! Angela White has had another incredible year and had 3 showcases released a couple of months ago. I Am Angela was an epic movie and everyone should add it to their collections. She has appeared for every major studio and is volcanic whether she's doing a lesbian scene, a couples release an anal or a double anal. She is just a majestic performer and is setting the standard in this industry. To paraphrase a current truck commercial, she doesn't set the bar, she IS the bar.
