I have to resubmit movies multiple times because i get a
'Please enter the security text into the box. Press your BACK button to resubmit.'
sometimes adding a space or new line in the various text fields after reloading seems to help but I don't think that's the fix. I do fill out every field but i don't think i've had a smooth submission yet. Do you do more than just numbers now for this field? like I think I maybe seeing a ':' character every now and then now. any insight is helpful.
Thanks!!!!!!

Hi flygal,
I have warned Jeff about this issue. He should be addressing the problem soon.
Thanks for your patience.
p.s. We haven't dealt with your submissions about gay movies in this forum. That's because none of the IAFD editors that visit this site are actually experts in gay movies. I have told Jeff about ypur submissions in this forum some time ago. I am not sure how far things have progressed from there. If nothing has been done so far, could you let us know?

The box is 4 numbers only.
If a submission takes a long time to complete, it is possible the server loses track of the code (it times out after a bit) and doesn't know what to do when the submission is finally submitted, as the code won't match what it has there.
When it happens to me, I copy the text in the box (just in case) and then reload the page.
This will generate a new CAPTCHA and reset the server clock.
Then, I can paste the text in, if my browser ate it (some do, some don't) and do the CAPTCHA and all should be fine.
(Sorry it took me a bit of time to reply. Busy with AEE.)

We've replaced the CAPTCHA we were using with reCAPTCHA so it should be a lot more stable now.
