She should spell her first name Cara instead of Kara because if she doesn't then she may get a call from the legal department at DC.
Kara Danvers is the human name of Supergirl and somehow I don't think DC and the people producing the current Supergirl show want anyone to appropriate what I suspect may be a trademarked name.

Exactly!!! In the past, not too many people (except comic buffs) would have associated her name with DC, but with the show's popularity (4th season), I think she was given some bad advice(?). On a side note, Melissa Ben... is great as Supergirl, but for me Helen Sla... will always be K. Zor-el!!
