I just received my copy of Caribbean Undercover and it won't play on either of my two machines (Sony & RCA). Has anyone else had problems with this disk or did I just get a bum disk?

Probably a bum disc... I've played that title successfully on my Panasonic and Toshiba players. I haven't heard any complaints about player-specific non-play issues with Ultimate titles. And Sonys generally play just about anything you throw at it. I'd contact the store about getting a replacement.
