Well I apparently choose poorly. I'll give Catalina one thing, they are quick at delivering! The movies I got kinda stunk, though. There were a few hot furry daddies, but most of the guys were "eh", and there were a few too many oral only scenes. Oh well, at least they were cheap!

Catalina's quality is not what it used to be (if it ever really was). It swallowed a number of tiny studios, including all the early William Higgins work (Laguna Pacific). You have to be very careful choosing titles from this company -- a lot of it is mediocre if not pure garbage. But some of their "classics" are pure gems (and inexpensive, especially on their bi-annual half-price sale!)
I know, it's hard to figure what's good at Catalina, I just went wtih my instict, and the box covers, sometimes they can be misleading though. I figure for 9.50 for some of their titles they can't be all that bad, but time will tell.
Thought I would indulge in some vintage Stryker, then when I checked out, I had the wonderful surprise to discover they only ship with UPS, which means 20$ of international shipping. And without boxcover art at that ! Oh well, too bad. Btw, anybody knows if Jeff Stryker's straight 3-DVD-set from Vivid has been delayed ? I've ordered it in late December at Excalibur and it hasn't shipped yet ?

Jeff Stryker, aka Charles Peyton, was very gay for pay.
