You may not need to if your DVD player reads the formats they're stored in. Put the CD in your computer and check to see the formats. Then, look in the owner's manual for your DVD player and see what formats it can read.
Frankly, I never had much luck at converting stuff to DVD format. Seems to take forever and there were almost always annoying glitches.
