I want to write and publish erotic fiction.
Regular porn has censoring rules like age, family, etc.
What censoring rules apply for written erotic fiction?

Would probably depend on the publisher. I'd ask some you are considering submitting your fiction to for possible publication and go based on that.

Use what Flash gave you because it's a good starting point. If you want to write for the joy of it and don't plan to make money from it then take a look at the Grandfather of Erotic fiction at the below link. It should give you a decent idea of what is possible.
