If you mean girls that are appearing on video for the fist time then it's hard to find stuff. Expecially for Central American girls. Hot Latin Pussy has a sister line called Spanish Fly Pussy Search, although they use a lot of the same girls. A lot of companies have been going down to Brazil and filming there. "Pretty Little Latinas" comes to mind. There a lot of cute girls in that line who you probably have not seen elsewhere but I wouldn't call them amateurs A series which I believe is filmed in Panama or Costa Rica is "Dulce Panochitas" but the quality of the girls is not consistent and rarely stellar.
