There is a new formula used to calculate the accrual of Kickbacks. The old method was 5% of the products purchased (minus coupons, shipping, handling,etc.) rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. The new method is store-specific and results in a flat percentage rate with no rounding. I did this because of the number of orders coming through that were not receiving any Kickback credit because they were less than $20. (Orders less than $20 x 5% rounded down to the nearest whole dollar = $0 credit.) I'll be sending out an email to all of the program members notifying them of this change.
