I just bought a Playstation 3. However I can't seem to work out how to charge my controller. When I have the cable between the controller and the ps3 only light 1 of the 4 seems to burn and nothing further seems to happen. Am I just impatient or am I doing something wrong???

you're not doing anything wrong. if you're playing a game hold the PS button and on the lower left of the screen you'll see the charge level for the controller. It should say "charging" there if it is. I've found now mine don't actually have all 4 lit up anymore, whatever number the controller is assigned, usually for me 2 or 3, is the light that is lit while it charges.

Yeah just connect it and hold the middle button for a second. Then just leave it.
