It turns out that after notifying onlyfans of a major problem regarding receiving customs, they notify the content creator. It does say in the onlyfans agreement that content creators are expected to deliver what they say they will to the customer, with regard to customs. After I notified onlyfans about the problem, they said that I should try to contact her. But I was not about to renew my subscription to do so. They said that following notification, if the content creator has not provided the goods after 7 business days, then the customer can ask for a refund (as a credit in the onlyfans wallet). OnlyFans was very good about this, and quickly gave me the credit of $200. I did mention that I was a good customer of onlyfans and had received a number of customs from another performer.
